Client Story A paperboard and specialty paper distributor (established 1982) operating across India, with 100+ employees and 40+ SAP Business One users. This client needed to streamline their ITC distribution transactions end-to-end. We built a fully automated flow – from Purchase Order and ITC Order Confirmation validated in SAP, through dispatch download and GRN auto-creation, to Warehouse RFID integration and automated parking-screen entries – giving GSM-wise stock visibility and job auto-allocation to machines. The result: OC and dispatch details from ITC are now validated directly in SAP, with all parking-screen entries fully automated.
